Nylon Bobbins

Nylon Bobbins are used for winding polyester yarn. These nylon products are water proof, abrasion protected and have high tenacity level. Advanced injection molding technology has been followed to produce these items. Operating temperature of these Nylon Bobbins ranges between -60 degree C to 350 degree C. Density of these products is maximum 2.5 g.cm3 and their tolerance is 0.05 mm. Standard of these products has been tested on the basis of their dimension, strength, surface finish, weight and longevity.
